All participants are kindly required to register and pay the conference fee, regardless of whether they are presenting or attending without a presentation. Each participant completes only one registration, even if they are involved in multiple submissions.
Registration fees are to be paid by debit / credit card through a payment portal. You will be asked to make the payment at the end of the registration form.
If you require payment via bank transfer, please contact us via the conference email.
If you need an invoice, please indicate this during registration. The invoice will be issued using the information provided in the form and sent to the email address you supply.

Please note that the conference dinner is not included in the registration fee. Participation in the dinner will be available for an additional cost [TBA].
In line with the previous edition, LCR 2026 aims to be as paper-free as possible. All conference materials will be provided in electronic format and accessible via QR codes onsite. A limited number of printed programmes will be available at the registration desk.
